For the transaction you are processing, more than one delivery group
has been defined. Since you have agreed on a complete delivery with
your customer (you can find this indicator on the 'Header - Business
Data' screen in the 'Shipping' section or on the 'Overview - Delivery
groups' screen), all items are automatically combined in one delivery
group.
When all items are combined for a complete delivery, all delivery
groups are set to 0. You receive a system message informing you of

V1307
- Customer wants complete delivery, but there are & deliv.groups in doc. ?The SAP error message V1307 indicates that there is an issue with the delivery of a sales order. Specifically, it means that the customer has requested a complete delivery, but the sales order contains multiple delivery groups. This situation can arise when the items in the sales order are grouped in such a way that they cannot be delivered all at once.
Cause:
- Multiple Delivery Groups: The sales order items are assigned to different delivery groups, which means they cannot be delivered together in a single shipment.
- Partial Deliveries: The configuration of the sales order may allow for partial deliveries, but the customer has requested a complete delivery.
- Item Categories: Different item categories may have different delivery rules, leading to the creation of multiple delivery groups.
- Delivery Scheduling: The delivery dates for the items may differ, causing them to be grouped separately.
Solution:
To resolve this error, you can take the following steps:
Check Delivery Groups: Review the sales order to identify the different delivery groups. You can do this by going to the sales order in the SAP system and checking the item details.
Adjust Delivery Settings:
- If the customer requires a complete delivery, you may need to adjust the delivery settings in the sales order. This can be done by changing the delivery group settings or by consolidating items into a single delivery group.
- You can also check the item categories and their settings to ensure they are compatible with complete deliveries.
Modify Customer Request: If the customer is flexible, you can discuss the possibility of accepting partial deliveries instead of a complete delivery.
Recreate Delivery: If necessary, you may need to create a new delivery document that consolidates the items into a single delivery group.
Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or consult with your SAP support team for specific configuration settings related to delivery groups and item categories.
