You activated the business function <LS>Master Data Governance for
Financials, Organizational Units </>(FIN_MDM_ORG). This error can have
the following cause: You called up the Web Dynpro application
USMD_UI_MODELING_TOOL directly to execute UI modeling. This Web Dynpro
application cannot be used with the aforementioned business function.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
