What causes this issue?

Entity type &v2& does not allow hierarchy relationships because in data
model &V1& the <DS:DE.USMD_HRY>Hierarchies</> field for this entity type
is set to not allow hierarchies.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the <ls>Hierarchies</> field for entity type &V2& in data model
&V1&, or select an entity type for which hierarchies are defined.
