What causes this issue?

Entity type &v2& does not allow sets because the checkbox
<DS:DE.USMD_HAS_SET>Sets</> is not selected for this entity type in data
model &V1&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Select the <ls>Sets</> checkbox for entity type &V2& in data model &V1&,
or select an entity type for which the <ls>Sets</> checkbox is selected.
