What causes this issue?

Entity &V2& of entity type &V1& cannot be deleted because entity type
&V1& has the <DS:DE.USMD_USAGE_TYPE>storage and use type</> <LS>Not
Changeable via MDG; No Generated Tables</> or <LS>Changeable via Other
Entity Type; Generated Database Tables</> or <LS>Changeable w/o Change
Request; Generated Check/Text Tables</>.

Generated Check/Text Tables</> cannot be deleted if the data storage of

Entity &V2& of entity type &V1& has been removed from the hierarchy, but
not deleted from the database.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
