What causes this issue?
You can prevent the deletion of instances only for entity types with
<DS:DE.USMD_USAGE_TYPE>storage and use type</> <LS>1</>.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
Change the deletion setting for entity type &V2& in Customizing activity
