What causes this issue?

Entity types with <DS:DE.USMD_USAGE_TYPE>storage and use type</> <LS>4
</> must be used as <ls>to-entity types</> in at least one relationship
with the relationship type <LS>Qualifying</> when the cardinality 1:N is
used. This requirement is not fulfilled.

System Response

The data model is not saved or activated.

How to fix this error?

Create at least one relationship with the relationship type
<LS>Qualifying</> in which the entity type is used as the <ls>To-Entity
Type</>.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
