What causes this issue?

You want to create a correction package for a distribution unit in the
target system.
The distribution unit type is &V1&. This package type, however, does
not allow the creation of correction packages in the target system.

System Response

The correction package cannot be created.

How to fix this error?

Authorize corrections in the target system for package type &V1& (TCode
UPSC02).

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
