  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You have entered a name for a new URDT (Unicode Reference Device Type)
which already exists on the database.

    System Response

The system sends a message and does not accept the name.

    How to fix this error?

Choose a different name for the URDT.
Please note that for modifications which change the set of Unicode
character mappings registered in a URDT (for example, adding one or
several new Unicode characters, or re-mapping exising supported Unicode
characters to another TrueType font), the system prompts you to store
the modified URDT under a new name. It will not allow you to make the
changes to the already existing URDT.
The reason for this is that there is no technical possibility to reverse
such a modification of a URDT (i.e. there is no "UNDO" functionality).

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
