What causes this issue?

You want to enter your own values for variable &V1& . However, this is
not possible, because the variable does have the replacement type
'user-specific values'. You can only enter values for variables with
this replacement type.

How to fix this error?

Only enter additional values for variables with the replacement type
'user-specific values', for which adding your own values is allowed. To
find out which variables fill these conditions, choose <ZH>Define
filter criteria</> and set the filter criteria 'User entry allowed'.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
