What causes this issue?

The planning level you are currently working on contains no key
figures. However, at least one key figure is required.

How to fix this error?

From the tabstrip <ZH>Key figures</>, select the desired key figures
from the key figure list and add them to the table.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
