    If you change the planning level or planning package, the system
    automatically deletes characteristic &V1& from the level or package.

    In order to have the characteristic in the current planning level or
    planning package, make sure that it is contained in the planning area.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
