What causes this issue?

In a CUA menu a reference was found to a menu which does not exist in
the system.

System Response

The system ignores the reference.

How to fix this error?

You can ignore this error message or remove the incorrect reference in
the CUA menu. You will find the non-existent menu &V1& either in your
initial menu or in a menu contained in one of the following constants:
&V2& &V3& &V4&.
