How to fix this error?

You are editing the threshold values for the approval process. To do
this, you have to enter the threshold values for each combination of
credit segment and risk class in ascending order. If you want to enter
the maximum number of approval steps possible, you should do this in the
following order:
Credit analyst
Person responsible
One additional approver
Two additional approvers
