What causes this issue?

You can now save the instance document in XML format or save it as a
file. You can also display the instance document in a readable format.

System Response

The standard implementation provided by SAP is <ZH>not</> intended to
store or administer the instance documents.
However, your system administrator can use the Business Add-In (BADI)
UGX_INST_DOC to provide the following:
Automatic processing of the instance document
Further actions for the end user

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
