What causes this issue?

Query &V1& is used in a key-figure-like selection, and therefore has to
contain a key figure structure.

System Response

The selection condition <ZH>cannot</> be saved and <ZH>cannot</> be
used.

How to fix this error?

Select a query that contains a key figure structure.
