  • What causes this issue?

    You wanted to delete value &V1& of characteristic &V3&. However, this
    value is still in use in BW at the RFC destination &V4&.

    System Response

    The value cannot be deleted in this BW system. The system will, however,
    delete the value locally and in any other BW systems.

    How to fix this error?

    Delete all applications of the value &V1& for the InfoObject &V2& in the
    BW system and then synchronize the master data with BW.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
