  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

Hierarchy &v1& of InfoObject &v2& has not been activated in BW with
destination &v3&. The following causes are possible:
In certain situations (for example, when uploading data) you may not
want synchronized activation because this could lead to runtime
    problems.
If aggregated data exists for a hierarchy, this data must be rebuilt
when the hierarchy is activated. This process can take a long time,
depending on the volume of data. This is why the changes are not
    automatically activated in this case.
If NO aggregated data exists and the hierarchy still was not activated,
this can be due to a temporary problem (such as a communication error).

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

If necessary, activate the hierarchy manually.
