The combination of status and reason does not support the transfer to an
external application. For particular combinations for a case type, you
can define external applications in Customizing.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Edit Customizing under <DS:SIMG.UDMV_PUBLISHPARA>Transfer of Dispute
Cases</>, and define an external application for this combination.
