What causes this issue?

You cannot change case types &V1& and &V2& simultaneously, since they
have different status profiles.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You have to set the status of cases of category &V1& and &V2&
separately.
