What causes this issue?

The dispute case could not be found in the current system for
case processing. It is possible that when creating cases
asynchronously using IDocs, the create transaction has not been posted
yet.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Wait until the create transaction is completed. If necessary, check
whether an error occurred during the processing of the create IDocs.
