What causes this issue?

You cannot change case types &V1& and &V2& simultaneously, since they
are assigned different attribute profiles.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

You have to set the escalation reasons of cases of category &V1& and
&V2& separately.
