When sending data to Collections Management, the key figures for
business partner &V1& are <ZH>not</> transferred. However, this business
partner assumes the role of payer for at least one invoice. The result
of this can be that when creating worklist items, the system cannot
correctly determine the data due to the missing key figures.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check the mapping between customer and business partner. You can find
additional notes in the application log of the program for sending the
data to Collections Management.
