What causes this issue?

You do not have the necessary authorizations to enter or change
collection profiles in business partner master records.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To change profile data, you need change authorization for authorization
object B_BUPA_FDG. Field group 2850 (collection profile) must be defined
in Customizing as field group to be checked.
