  • What causes this issue?

You can change the status in the consolidation monitor for multiple
consolidation units or consolidation groups in one go. When you do this,
the system starts a collective workflow for all consolidation units or
consolidation groups that share the same approval path.
After the workflow was started, the approval path of several
consolidation units or consolidation groups was changed. These consoli
dation units or consolidation groups can no longer be processed in the
    original workflow.

    System Response

All approval events are permitted as long as they coincide with the
approval status (in this case: approve, reject, and resume). Once the
approval event is completed, the approval process is flagged with an
error and the workflow is sent back to the initiator.

    How to fix this error?

You can approve or reject the status change, or resume the workflow (if
applicable). The initiator is then prompted to correct the error.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
