What causes this issue?

You are attempting to unblock the status of a task for a consolidation
unit. This task belongs to category "preparation for consolidation
group change".
The status symbols displayed in the consolidation monitor for
consolidation units and this task category actually represent the task
status of the higher-level consolidation group. Statuses for these
tasks are only used for consolidation groups.
The only action possible for consolidation units with tasks for the
preparation for consolidation group change is the execution of the task
(in update or test mode) at the next higher consolidation group, but
only when the consolidation monitor displays an execution symbol or
text for the consolidation unit.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The status of this task can be changed only for consolidation groups.
