What causes this issue?

You want to display the results in the approval event for a document.
However, you selected a document that <LS>does not require approval</>.
You can only display events in the approval procedure for documents that
require approval.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose a document that requires approval and then press the <LS>Approval
Events</> button again.
