    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    &V1& &V2& has a required breakdown by subassignment &V3& with breakdown
    type 4. The record being carried forward contains the default value for
    subassignment &V3& (for &V4&). Breakdown type 4 does not allow this.
