What causes this issue?

You used organizational change number &V1&. However, this number either
does not exist or was defined in a different consolidation area and is
therefore not valid in the current consolidation area, &V2&.

System Response

The record with the incorrect organizational change number cannot be
processed.

How to fix this error?

Define a new organizational change number in the current consolidation
area, &V2&.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
