    You have set the <LS>Dyn. scheduling</> indicator (dynamic scheduling),
    so that this portion can be used for dynamic scheduling. You can only
    set this indicator if no schedule records exist for the portion or for
    the meter reading units belonging to that portion.

    How to fix this error?

    If you do wish to change the portion in this way, delete the schedule
    records of the portion and of the corresponding meter reading units
    first. You can find out which meter reading units belong to the portion
    by viewing the where-used list.
