Message text: Cannot create BB plan because no BB dates exist on &1 for &2 &3
You have attempted to read budget billing amount due dates which do not
exist. When you created the schedule records, you entered <LS>00 </> in
the <LS>BB cycle</> (budget billing cycle) field in the portion.
For this reason, no budget billing amount due dates were created for
this portion. The budget billing plan could therefore not be created.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
If you wish to create the budget billing plan with the existing data,
you must create the missing budget billing amount due dates.
To do this, enter a value other than <LS>00</> in the <LS>BB cycle</>
field in the portion. Then create the corresponding schedule records
again.
