System Response

Function module TRVEOP_CHECK_PERNR needs to read HR Infotypes to check
if a PERNR is already active. You do not have the authorization to read
Infotype <(>&<)>1

How to fix this error?

Check authorizations in your Travel Management. If this check is done in
a distributed system landscape, check your Travel Management system
destination <(>&<)>2.
