What causes this issue?

The object name entered begins with the prefix &V1&, which indicates
that the object belongs to <DS:DE.NAMESPACE>namespace</> &V1&. However,
this namespace is set to not modifiable. The <DS:DE.EDITFLAG>change
option</> can be set by the system administrator.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
