What causes this issue?

The object name entered belongs to the <DS:DE.NR_PROJECT>project name
range</> &V1&. However, the corresponding namespace &V2& has the
<DS:DE.TRNROLE>role</> <ZH>C (recipient)</>: This means that you are
not owner of the namespace and are therefore not authorized to develop
in this namespace. Only perform repairs that are required urgently
after consulting the namespace owner who delivered the namespace
application to you.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
