What causes this issue?

If you are working in a system group and not on a single system, ensure
that reservations remain consistent by maintaining them simultaneously
in all connected systems.
Differing entries in the reservation tables for naming conventions can
lead to object names being used in an SAP system that are intended
exclusively for a development project in another SAP system. A
consolidation transport from both SAP systems into a single subsequent
system can lead to name conflicts.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Log on to all SAP systems in your system group and maintain your
reservation entries identically.
