Message text: Partial object & does not have an active header entry
A new sub-object which does not yet have an active header entry is
specified.
The new sub-object is rejected.
There are two alternatives:
Before entering the new sub-object, it should be included on the upper
level as an active object, if it is not yet included there.
If the object exists on the upper level, but is not yet active there
(that is, the field PROCFLAG has a value other than ' '), this entry
should be activated by setting the PROCFLAG field to ' '.

TR143
- Partial object & does not have an active header entry ?The SAP error message TR143, which states "Partial object & does not have an active header entry," typically occurs in the context of transport requests in SAP. This error indicates that there is a problem with the transport request, specifically that the system is unable to find an active header entry for a partial object.
Cause:
- Incomplete Transport Request: The transport request may not have been fully released or may be in a state that does not allow it to be processed.
- Missing Header Entry: The transport request header may be missing or not properly linked to the objects that are supposed to be transported.
- Transport Directory Issues: There may be issues with the transport directory or the transport management system configuration.
- Object Status: The object in question may not be correctly assigned to the transport request or may have been deleted or modified in a way that makes it inactive.
Solution:
Check Transport Request Status:
- Go to transaction code SE09 or SE10 to check the status of the transport request. Ensure that the request is released and has an active header entry.
Recreate the Transport Request:
- If the transport request is incomplete or corrupted, consider recreating it. You can do this by creating a new transport request and reassigning the objects to it.
Check Object Assignment:
- Verify that the objects you are trying to transport are correctly assigned to the transport request. You can do this by checking the object list in the transport request.
Transport Directory Check:
- Ensure that the transport directory is correctly set up and that there are no issues with the transport paths. You can check the transport directory settings in transaction code STMS.
