Solution:
To resolve the TR141 error, you can follow these steps:
Check Lock Status:
- Use transaction code

(Transport Organizer Tools) to check the lock status of the transport request.- Navigate to "Object Lock" and check if the transport request is locked by any user.
Unlock the Transport Request:
- If you find that the transport request is locked, you can unlock it using transaction code

- Go to "Unlock Objects" and enter the transport request number.
- Select the request and unlock it.
Release the Transport Request:
- If the transport request is not released, you can release it using transaction code

- Find the transport request, right-click, and select "Release".
Check for Active Sessions:
- Ensure that no other users are currently working on the transport request. You can check active sessions using transaction code
