Transport Layer Issues: There may be issues with the transport layer or configuration that are causing the lock.
    Solution: Identify the Lock: Use transaction code SE03 (Transport Organizer Tools) to check for locks on the object. You can use the "Display Locks" option to see which transport request is locking the object. Alternatively, you can use transaction SM12 to
