What causes this issue?

You wish to carry out the current valuation area-independent step for
the key date. However, the valuation area-independent step has already
been carried out for another key date.
In principle, all valuation area-independent steps must be carried out
for the same key date.

System Response

The step cannot be carried out.

How to fix this error?

Check the key date of the initialization.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
