What causes this issue?

Parallel valuation areas have already been defined for company code
&V1& in Customizing.
However, Customizing settings for parallel position management are not
permitted during the conversion.

System Response

The conversion cannot be executed.

How to fix this error?

Remove the Customizing settings for parallel position management in
company code &V1&. The easiest way to do this is to delete the
assignment between the accounting code and the company code. To branch
directly to the IMG from this message long text, choose the
<ZK>Maintain Entries</> icon and click on the pushbutton <ZK>Continue
w/o Specifying Project</>.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
