The Support Packages are not downloaded to your system.
To download the Support Packages again, proceed as follows:
Delete the Support Packages from the EPS inbox by choosing the
following from the initial screen in the Support Package Manager
(Transaction SPAM):
<LS>Environment</> -> <LS>EPS</> -> <LS>Goto</> -> <LS>Inbox</>.
Select the Support Packages (in the field <LS>Subject</>) and choose
<LS>Edit</> -> <LS>Delete</>.
Log on to SAPNet - R/3 Frontend and request the Support Packages again.
Call the Support Package Manager and choose <LS>Download</>.
