Activate the inactive objects and release them again.
The list of inactive objects can be found in Transport Organizer (SE09)
under <ZK>Request/Task -> Complete Check -> Display Inactive Objects</>.
The issue may also be caused by inactive forms (or forms without active
checks) or non-synchronized enhancement implementations.
