What causes this issue?

You tried to switch to the language environment for language &V1&. This
language is either invalid or not configured in your system.

How to fix this error?

Ensure that the language specified, &V1&, was actually required by the
application. If not, this is where the error occurs.
When processing a SAPscript document, the language environment had to
be switched because of the language required. The permitted languages
are generally configured using profile parameter
'zcsa/installed_languages'. The language you required, &V1&, was,
however, not included.
