What causes this issue?

The authorization check of your user master record shows that you do
not have authorization to maintain SAPscript font data.

System Response

The system allows the font data to be displayed, but not maintained.

How to fix this error?

In order to maintain SAPscript font data, you must be assigned a
specific authorization by your system administrator. This authorization
is one of the system authorizations in the R/3 Basis component.
