in use</>, the following changes are restricted:
You cannot make changes to the tax exemption certificate.
The <LS>valid to date </>can only be changed to a date, which is greater
than the current date (system date).
The <LS>maximum amount</> can be increased.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
The system does not support the requested change.
If the requested change is required from a business point of view, you
should set the tax exemption certificate status to <LS>completed</> and
create a new tax exemption certificate with the appropriate data.
