  • What causes this issue?

    In order to be able to process the incoming call correctly, either work
    center data must already be stored with the server &V2& in the memory or
    there must be no data at all stored in the memory (the data are read
    when logging on to the SAP system in dialog from the SAPphone
    configuration and stored in the memory). In this case, data were found
    in the memory but the server stored there does not correspond to the
    current server &V2&.

    System Response

    The call was not reported in the SAP system.

    How to fix this error?

    If user &V1& is your user, check your work center settings in
    <DS:TRAN.SPHA>SAPphone: Work center settings</>. If necessary, perform a
    connection test in the transaction.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    If user &V1& is an RFC user, then one user is probably used by several
    telephony servers for logging on to the SAP system. This is not allowed.
    In a central installation each telephony server must have a separate
    user.
