Message type: E = Error
Message class: T5 - SAPphone: Messages for telephony
Message number: 183
Message text: Configuration error: Work center invalid for user &1 (long text)
In order to be able to process the incoming call correctly, either work
center data must already be stored with the server &V2& in the memory or
there must be no data at all stored in the memory (the data are read
when logging on to the SAP system in dialog from the SAPphone
configuration and stored in the memory). In this case, data were found
in the memory but the server stored there does not correspond to the
current server &V2&.
The call was not reported in the SAP system.
If user &V1& is your user, check your work center settings in
<DS:TRAN.SPHA>SAPphone: Work center settings</>. If necessary, perform a
connection test in the transaction.
If user &V1& is an RFC user, then one user is probably used by several
telephony servers for logging on to the SAP system. This is not allowed.
In a central installation each telephony server must have a separate
user.
