What causes this issue?

Task &v1& does not fulfil the criteria which would enable it to be
selected here:
1. The task must have the characteristic 'SAPphone - suitable for
inbound processing' (can be set in task maintenance).
2. User &v2& must have the authority to execute task &v1&.

System Response

The system does not allow entry of the task.

How to fix this error?

Select another task from the list displayed via F4 or, if appropriate,
ensure that task &v1& meets the criteria.
