Message text: Unfinished call still exists for work center &1
The telephony server to which the work center is assigned has the
indicator 'Set call end'. Therefore, the system presumes that the server
reports the end of an incoming call. In this case, incomplete calls are
not overwritten.
There is an incomplete call for the current work center.
The new call is not saved.
If the telephony server is correctly maintained, there is possibly
another call for your work center. While this is the case, you cannot
receive any new calls in the SAP system.
However, if the previous call is already complete, it is possible that
the end was not reported because of a system error or breakdown. In this
case, you can 'reset' your work center (SAPphone work center
administration). It is also possible to have all the work centers for a
server reset by the system administrator.
An additional possibility is that the telephony server settings are
incorrect and that the server does not report the end of a call. In this
case, the settings for the server must be changed by the system
administrator (see the help function on the maintenance screen).
