What causes this issue?

You can only transfer settings from work centers which you have created
yourself. However, no settings are assigned to you.

System Response

Function canceled.

How to fix this error?

You should enter the settings for your current work center. If you
cannot save the settings because a work center with the same data
already exists, check the user to whom this work center is assigned and
ask that user or the system administrator to delete or change the
settings.
