What causes this issue?

Work center &V4& already has the following settings you have entered:
telephone number &V1&, server &V2&.
The work center was created by user &V3&. You cannot therefore copy the
settings to your new work center.

System Response

The settings were not saved.

How to fix this error?

If you wish to copy the settings, the old work center must first be
deleted or changed. If you do not have authorization to change other
work centers, ask user &V3& or the system administrator.
